Yep, Kermit made his big break in 1969 on Sesame Street as a news reporter, usually interviewing nursery rhyme characters. Think of it like how Derek apepars appears in The Beano as a guest star.

Just watched the episode where Bitzer tries gluing The Farmer's glasses back together and all the sheep end up stuck together in a giant stick ball that rolls everyone up. Brilliant Katamari Damacy reference, even the music is spot on! Aardman Animations, you deserve an award.
